A Five‑Phase Journey to Your Bespoke Luxury Home
PHASE ONE: DESIGN DISCOVERY EXPERIENCE
Your journey begins with an intentional & discerning onboarding process. Through a thoughtful design questionnaire & personalized discovery call, we explore your aspirations, lifestyle, & project potential. For aligned clients, we proceed to an exclusive, complimentary in-home consultation to assess your space, establish the design brief, & initiate a creative partnership. Milestone: 50% Design Fee due upon contract signing to secure your project in the MLX studio calendar.
PHASE TWO: VISION IMMERSION & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
The creative spark ignites here. We conduct a private, two-hour style discovery session to understand your aesthetic language & lifestyle. Blueprints & measurements gathered, and architectural feasibility assessed with your Architect, builder & craftsmen. We then develop a conceptual presentation rich in moodboards, tactile swatches, spatial diagrams, & preliminary renderings — a sensory preview of the design to come. Deliverables: Initial Conceptual Design Presentation, initial investment outline, allowing for one round of design refinements included. Milestone: Remaining 50% Design Fee due before your presentation.
PHASE THREE: FINAL DESIGN CURATION
Your vision is refined to perfection. Every detail — from bespoke cabinetry & artisan finishes to state-of-the-art appliances & lighting — is thoughtfully curated into an elevated, cohesive design. This is your couture-level blueprint, crafted with precision & polish for final approval. Deliverables: 3D renderings, updated floor plans, material swatches, & final investment portfolio. Milestone: 100% Procurement & Execution Retainer due upon your final approval.
PHASE FOUR: PROCUREMENT & WHITE-GLOVE CONCIERGE SERVICE
We orchestrate every logistical detail with concierge-level precision. We manage all orders, secure white-glove warehousing, & delivery with concierge precision. Seamless communication with your builder & trades ensures every detail unfolds in alignment with the vision & timeline. Inclusions: Order placements, delivery tracking, site coordination and on-site visits for builder/trade collaboration.
PHASE FIVE: INSTALLATION & THE GRAND REVEAL
The culmination of your design journey arrives with a transformative reveal. Furnishings & architectural elements are delivered, inspected for quality, & installed. Art is curated. Surfaces are styled & accessorized to transform your space into an immersive sensory environment. Every detail is captured through professional photography that is bound inside a beautifully curated coffee table keepsake of your design journey before the Grand Reveal of your new home. Deliverables: Fully styled installation & editorial-quality photo book keepsake as our thank you to you. We’ll break out the champagne together!
